Receptions
As you enter the villa, the grand reception area opens the house to a majestic staircase and further down leads into the sitting room. The glass staircase is unique and adds a touch of elegance. The carefully selected lights and decor bring a warm feel to the house.
As you come upstairs, the reception creates a very open feel to the house, letting a lot of natural light into the space. The vertical screen is something exceptional and adds character to the house.
Lounge
The well thought out multi level living space gives a sense of modern design and creates an airy atmosphere. This large space connects nicely into the dining area, allowing entertaining to easily flow from one room into another.
Dining
The ceiling panels are the main feature here, and what a feature. The mood lighting give the room a very rustic feel.
The dining room leads out onto a beautifully tiled patio which brings a very open feel to the room.

The bespoke Italian kitchen has a modern feel to it. The splashes of color on the wall give it a fun element. The breakfast bar is well placed. The master bedroom is exceptional and timeless. The bathroom is very luxurious and spacious. The private dressing area is well equipped to handle the most extravagant of wardrobes, and the bedroom is a perfect sanctuary.
Family Room
One of the most comfortable places in the house, this second reception is very inviting. The use of colour on the sofas, the sheer fabric of the curtains, and the well designed lighting, all come together very nicely, in line with the common Zanzibari theme of the house.
One can almost imagine this to be a place where the family will spend many a nights watching movies together, having game night and creating lasting memories.
Terrace
Access to an expansive, private terrace would no doubt be an enjoyable facet for those who like to indulge in al fresco dining. The terrace is perfect for entertaining compete with seating areas, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and lots of greenery.
Pool
This generously sized pool, has a beautiful water feature on the textured wall. The pool is very well lit at night, giving a lovely hue over the water making it very inviting. The pergola is a nice touch giving the pool the relaxing feel along with the water fountain sounds.
